Strategic Partners: Partners will have the first option to offer their members the opportunity to become Authorized Learning Centers. An Authorized Learning Center is a member company hiring one or more new employees who would like to enroll the new employee(s) in the Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program. Authorized Learning Centers are authorized to deliver official training materials and exams. And are eligible for assistance in securing training funds for workforce development.
Partners will be responsible for identifying programs that require funds for workforce development and training programs that are necessary to keep industry organizations competitive in the marketplace, distribution of grants, and accountability to ensure funds are used for the designated programs.
